Custom-fabricated hardware can be replaced for manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. Stock items are returnable if unused and in original packaging.

The Supabase backend stores every policy entry allowing marketing to edit copy without redeployments. Below is the current default language.
Workflow
Raise a ticket via WhatsApp or the contact form with product SKU, photos, and project reference. Our QA team will issue an RMA and coordinate pick-up.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via original payment method within 7 business days. Logistics fees are refunded only for ASAS-arranged shipping.
